(1) EstablishmentF
              FEDXP FOUNDATION was established in 2017 by FEDXP and started
              the activities in 2018      

(2) ObjectivesF
              FEDXP FOUDATION aims to support DX activities such as DXpedition in
              JA and world wide    
  
(3) Backgrounds
              FEDXP is one of JA's nation wide DX club. Volunteers from FEDXP started
              to provide information about DXpedition and collect / send donations
              from 2016.
              At that time there are no formal foundations to support such as
              DXpedition in JA. So that FEDXP decided to establish FEDXP FOUNDATION as
              formal organization.

        FEDXP FOUNDATION Operational Standards
          (Conditions for a Support of a DXpedition)

(1)The Aim of FEDXP FOUNDATION
  FEDXP FOUNDATION aims to support DX activities such as DXpedition in JA
  and abroad and contribute to the DX world.

(2)Support target
  FEDXP FOUNDATION will support the following DX operation and DX activities.
- Operated from the top 50 DXCC entities in the "DXCC Most Wanted List"
  of Club Log.
(Ranking by "No Mode Filter" and "All Bands" in either "Use Global log" or
"Asia - As Far East")
- Operated from IOTA groups with a credit rate of 15% or less over the past
  10 years.
- Operated from a DXCC entity that has not been operated in the last 10 years.
- Other activities deemed necessary by the HQ meeting.
  (Our aim is to maintain fairness towards donors, and we will be careful not to
  provide support based on expectations for specific bands/modes, etc.)

(3)Conditions of support
  To receive support, you must meet the following requirements.
- Must meet the criteria for support target.
- The DXpedition must be judged to be highly practical, including the preparation
  status and crisis management system.
- The Logo of FEDXP FOUNDATION must be posted on the DXpedition's Web site
  and(or) QSL card.
- Confirmation support such as QSL card issuance and LoTW must be clarified.
- The DXpedition team must provide information in a timely manner.

- An operational report with photos must be provided within two months after
  the end of the operation.
  If DXpedition is a small team, you may only need to collect photos and
  the number of QSOs.
  "Published on our Web site and Newsletter"
- If the DX activity is not carried out, the remitted funds must be guaranteed
  to be refunded.

(4)Application for support request
  Support requests will be accepted using the Application Form on
  the FEDXP FOUNDATION Web site.

(5)Support consideration and decision process
- The FEDXP HQ will conduct the review based on the content of the Application
  Form and supplementary information, and will decide on the implementation
  of support and the amount of support.
- The implementation of support and the determination of the amount of support
  will be made with the approval of a majority of HQ members.
- The chairman approves and makes decisions on matters agreed upon at the HQ meeting.
  In addition, if there is a tie in the HQ meeting, the chairman will judge and make
  the decision.
- Applicants will be notified of the results of the review by email.
- Please note that even if we receive a request for support, we may not be able  
  to comply with your request.
